How eyes-off oversight works

1. Captured

A frame is captured during a tracked session, encrypted at rest with AES-256, and tagged with the user's session ID. The user sees a "Sealed · AI reviewed" pill in the desktop app.

2. Reviewed

A vision LLM (OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini by default) scores the frame against a narrow, structured-JSON prompt. The model can return only one of four outcomes: clean, off-task personal, sensitive exposure, or inappropriate content.

3. Surfaced

Clean frames adjust the user's trust score upward and are auto-purged on the configured retention schedule. Incidents reach admins as a plain-English reason — never the frame itself.

How is PulseTracker different from other time trackers?

Most trackers stop at "did the timer run". PulseTracker correlates real input rhythm, ships chat and meetings in the same window, and includes anti-fraud detection that distinguishes a focused human from a mouse jiggler. It's the only suite most teams find they can stop adding tabs around.

Is taking screenshots respectful of my team?

Screenshots are optional, scoped by allow / deny lists per organization, and per-user exemptions are first-class. The frames themselves are sealed — only the AI ever sees them — and the "Captures active · AI reviewed" pill in the desktop app gives users continuous visibility into when monitoring is on.

What platforms are supported?

Windows 10+ and macOS 12+ for the desktop tracker. The admin web app runs in any modern browser. A mobile companion is on the roadmap.

Can we self-host?
